"Being at a point of extreme exasperation with a horse, no one to turn to, no one wanting the challenge, no one having the right answers, we finally got the phone number of people who have chosen to help and work with "troubled horses" (very rare, because the money is elsewhere in the horse industry) Mule & Marsha T. pulled us out of a situation with patience, kindness, understanding and a whole lot of talent. Our lessons amazed us. We had no idea that we were part of the big problem. We were able to come away with the tools to control our horses. We still have more to learn, but at least, now, we can enjoy our animals, get the very most out of horse ownership, and hopefully, have happier horses too!........We live in gratitude for Mule & Marsha, and we are so fortunate they chose to work with problem horses."

Respect & tremendous gratitude from Jeanne & Jim B.

"How to describe the two young Haflingers we sent to Mule for foundation training? Curious. Friendly. Playful. Unfortunately, they were also pushy, disrespectful, and mischievous. When they came home from Double Diamond T, "the boys", as we call them, were soft and respectful. We were thrilled with that transformation, but we were just as happy that the positive aspects of their nature remained intact. They returned to us still curious, friendly, and ready to be dependable partners on the trail. It was obvious no cookie-cutter methods had been applied-they simply would not have worked with this breed. A true horseman, Mule draws on his creativity, intellectual curiosity, and wealth of experience to bring out the best in the horses he trains, while being respectful of their individuality. We appreciate the integrity he brings to his profession, and we have confidently recommended him to several of our friends. Thanks, Mule!

Oh, the boys are still a bit mischievous, but nobody's perfect..."

"Having two horses that needed training, Mule and Marsha took on both.  One was well behaved and learned quickly with respect. The other one was a bossy disrespectful, troubled horse.

The Thornbrughs were fantastic with both. My troubled horse had to stay in training longer because she was pretty hard headed. However, she is a wonderful horse now and has a new attitude. I took a few lessons because I also have fear issues about riding. I will be continuing my lessons in the future.

Marsha and Mule had so much patience with me and my horse fears. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are both wonderful people with good souls and I know that is why they are so good at their job.

Loads of Respect for both."

"With Aaron “Mule” and Marsha, the horse always comes first. The Double Diamond T Ranch horse facilities are the cleanest and safest we have seen.

Mule speaks horse and can teach people. My problem filly seemed like a lost cause until we found Mule. Now she is awesome. She is trained a lot better than I am, but I’m catching up with Mule’s lessons and clinics. Videos are great but there’s nothing like having him right there patiently telling you what you’re doing right or wrong.

You cannot do better for your horse or your horsemanship than the Double Diamond T."
